Saturday, January 28^th  1:00 – 2:30 pm  Flowersoft Cards  An awesome product for card makers and scrapbookers – this tiny bottle of magic can make your project come alive!  Make 2 cards in this class and learn how you can apply what you learn for your own designs!  Included in class fee is one jar of flower soft material & glue that you can take home + all supplies to make 2 cards in class.  Class Fee $12.00.

Saturday, January 28^th  3:00 – 4:30 pm  Photo Mosaics  Learn how to make amazing photo mosaics for your scrapbook pages.  Bring to class a craft knife, metal ruler, and dotto style tape runner adhesive (all also available in shop).  You will be able to make more mosaics with class kit and continue with paper supplied in the shop.  Not sure if you would like this – stop in and watch!  Class fee $49.99 includes essential idea book packed with ideas, self-healing mat, spatula, bookmark and 6 mosaic papers.  BRING 8 – 10 RELATED TOPIC PICTURES such as kids, vacation, fall, etc.  For an idea of what these look like, see http://www.tamipotter.com

Friday, February 3rd 5:00 - 11:00 pm:   CROP, CROP, CROP! 
If you have never been to a crop, sign up and you will be hooked on it!  Bring whatever you are working on or want to start and join us for food, fun, goodie bags, door prizes and new friends.  Sign up early as these crops fill up fast!   $15.00 due at crop.

Saturday, February 4th 1:00 – 2:30 pm Handmade Valentines   Make 3
Beautiful Valentines using inks, glimmer sprays, vintage buttons and lots more!  All unique and lovely to give to your favorite Valentine!   $12.00 includes all materials and one Shimmer Spray for you to take home; just bring your basic tool kit (BTK: for contents - see below). 

Saturday, February 4th 3:00 – 4:30 pm Scrapbooking For Beginners –How do I start?  Are you new to scrapbooking?  Have you been thinking about trying it but feel overwhelmed or are you unsure where to begin?  Attend this class and get in on the basics of what makes this craft fun and relaxing!  Class fee $20.00 and includes basic tools for you to use and take home and basic instruction including learning the lingo!  Just bring yourself and 5-10 favorite photos that you are ok with cutting (“cropping”). 

Saturday, February 11^th 10 am to 5 pm  CROP-N-BRUNCH  Come, bring a friend and spend the day working on your holiday project, holiday cards or your scrapbook and enjoy a delicious brunch, too.  You get ½ of a 6 foot table and use of the Cricut and all the cartridges!  $20.00 fee payable at crop – call today to get signed up as this may fill up fast!

Tuesday, February 14^th  1:00 – 2:00 pm  Altered Clipboard   Make a cute clipboard to keep track of your grocery list, to do list, your scrapbook/art ideas or whatever!   Class fee includes the clipboard and all supplies.  Bring your BTK.  Class Fee $8.00

Saturday, February 18th 1:00 pm - Card Exchange – FREE!
Sign up by February 11th  – you will be notified on February 13th how many have signed up for the exchange.  Bring that number of the SAME handmade card (Birthday, Anniversary, Etc.) and everyone will exchange.  You will end up with that number of cards to take home – all different!  The key is to get signed up early so everyone has time to make the cards!

Saturday, February 18th 3:00 – 4:30 pm  12 Months of Birthday Cards Class  We will be making one birthday card for each month in a year.  This is a 3 part class.  Class 1 is January to April Cards (Feb 18th Class); Class 2 is May to August Cards (March 17th Class); Class 3 is September to December Cards (April 21st Class).  Class Fee $12.00 per class includes all consumable materials.  Please bring basic tool kit including your favorite adhesives for card making.

 

Saturday, February 18th 3:00 – 4:30 pm Handmade Altered Birdhouse  Make an adorable little birdhouse to brighten your home in a vintage inspired, altered style. This class will be offered from time to time so that you can begin your own little “collection” of handmade birdhouses.  We will make our own inked papers, build our little house and then cover and embellish for your own unique “birdie” home.  Bring your BTK.  Class Fee $19 includes all materials and 1 bottle of Stickles for you to take home, too!

Saturday, February 25^th 1:00 pm – 2:30 pm Snow and Ice 2 Page Scrapbook Layout Do you have snow or sledding pictures from this past Winter?  Skiing, snowboarding or shoveling pics?  We will make a coordinated 2 page layout for your pictures using 3D and moving (kinetic) handmade embellishments.  Bring your BTK.  Class Fee $12.50 includes 1 Snow Marker (value $3.89). 

Saturday, February 25^th  3:00 – 4:30 pm  Artist Trading Card Create & Swap If you currently create Artist Trading Cards (ATC’s) or want to get in on this popular way to create your own miniature art on a 2 ½ “ x 3 ½ “ card, come to the Create & Swap.  We will be creating new cards, swapping cards and learning from each other as well.  $6.00 Fee includes a goodie bag of “Found Objects” to use in your creating.  Paints, inks, tools will also be available to create and learn. 

                      

Tuesday, February 28^th   1:00 – 2:30 pm   Cigar Box to Treasure Box    Create your own treasure box to keep your buttons, loose embellishments, inks or whatever you like.  We will be using collage techniques and mod podge to seal it.  Bring your BTK.  Class fee includes the cigar box (you may bring your own if you like) and a bottle of mod podge to use (you should have plenty left to take home for another project).  Class Fee $12.00

Saturday, March 3^rd 1:00 – 2:30 pm Pet Themed Exploding Box Album We will be making a box shaped album with multiple layers that unfold to display your pictures or use as a gift.  Just bring your basic tool kit and we will instruct and provide all materials, $12.00 Class Fee Indicate the type of pet you have when you sign up!  Anything goes-you will create yours specific to your pet type.  Makes a great gift,too.

Saturday, March 17^th  1:00 – 2:30 pm  Dazzles Cards  Make 3 Adorable Cards using Dazzles – they are addictive!  Dazzles come in a wide range of themes and types.  YOU WILL LOVE THEM!  We promise!  Class Fee $12.00 includes 2 extra pages of Dazzles for you to take home!

 

Saturday, March 24^th 1:00 – 2:30 pm  Rolled Paper Frame  Make a great frame to give as a gift or to use for yourself.  Hunt & Gather is the paper theme so this can be a masculine style or using birds makes it a Nature style frame.  Bring your BTK.  Class Fee includes all other supplies including the frame to alter $12.00

 

Saturday, March 24^th 3:00 – 4:30 pm   Altered Kaisercraft Marker Storage Unit.   We will be using the bare Kaisercraft Marker Storage Unit and personalizing it to make it pretty for your scrapbook area.  It will easily hold many, many of your favorite pens and markers and keep them handy to you when you scrapbook or make cards but it has a small “footprint” as it will take up just a little area on your table.  Bring your BTK.  Class Fee includes the unit and all materials  $49.00

Saturday, March 31  3:00 – 4:30 pm  Cute Photo Cube   Springy new papers will be used to decorate this photo cube.  Makes a great gift or décor for your desk at work!  Bring your BTK.  Class fee includes the cube and all embellishments.  You may bring pictures if you would like.  Class Fee $15.00

 

Garage Sale Time Soon!

Do you have tons of scrapbooking, stamping and papercrafting stuff that you know you will never use – or that you are tired of and want to pass it onto a good home? 

 *On Monday, April 23^rd and Tuesday, April 24^th, bring in your clean, used or new items to our shop.  Please have them marked with a price sticker and an ID number. 

*You will need to get your ID number by calling or texting 937-621-3592 or by stopping by the shop. Then we will put your items out for sale on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday, April 25^th – 28^th, 2012.  YOU GET an Artifacts Ink Gift Certificate for the shop for the FULL amount of your sales from your items!
